Fine-dining POS for the floor, the pass and the bill.

Fine dining lives on service and timing. Bhookly gives the floor a live plan of the room where every table shows its order, guests, running bill and a timer, fires each course to the right kitchen station, and splits the bill between 2 and 30 guests, evenly or by item. At close, the Z report prints each waiter's share of the service charge.

What goes wrong for fine-dining restaurants.

  • Coordinating courses across grill, tandoor and bar on a full night.
  • A table of twelve that wants the bill split at the end, some by cash and some by card.
  • Reservations and table turns during peak service.
  • A slow table nobody notices until the guest raises a hand.
  • Service-charge payouts worked out by hand and argued over.
  • A bad meal you read about online a week later, when the guest has already gone.

How fine-dining restaurants run on Bhookly.

A dinner service on Bhookly: hosts seat guests on the restaurant's own floor plan. A waiter taps the table, takes the order on a tablet and sends it to the kitchen without walking to the till. Waiters cannot take payment, discount or cancel. Servers fire courses to the right stations, each station screen shows only its own dishes, and the expo view regroups every ticket by station with a count such as "2/3 ready", so the head chef sees who is holding up a table. Table timers run green, amber, then red. The bill is printed before payment from the same calculation as checkout, split evenly or by item, and each guest gets their own slip, printed or sent on WhatsApp. A void needs a reason and a manager PIN, and the Z report closes the night with the service-charge split per waiter.

“Setup took less than a morning. By dinner service we were fully live. I've onboarded three POS systems over the years — this is by far the fastest I've ever seen a team get comfortable.”

Things people usually ask us.

Still have a question? Message us and we reply the same day.

Can the kitchen fire by course?

Yes. In Bhookly servers fire courses station by station, so the kitchen plates in the right order and timing. Each station, such as grill, tandoor or bar, has its own board and clears only its own dishes, and the last station completes the order.

How are large-table bills handled?

Bhookly splits a bill between 2 and 30 guests, evenly or by item. Each guest pays their own way and gets their own slip, and a different till can pick up a split that is half finished.

Can waiters take orders at the table?

Yes. In Bhookly a waiter taps a table on the floor map, takes the order on a tablet and sends it to the kitchen. Waiters cannot take payment, give a discount or cancel an order, so ordering and money stay with different people.

How do I see which tables have been waiting too long?

Bhookly's live floor map puts a timer on every table that turns green, amber, then red. Each table also shows its order, guest count and running bill, so a floor manager spots a slow table and a free table at a glance.

How is the service charge shared between waiters?

Bhookly prints the service-charge split per waiter on the Z report at the end of every day. The staff report adds each waiter's orders, guests, sales, average bill, discounts given and cancelled orders.

Can I stop waiters from giving discounts or voiding items?

Yes. In Bhookly waiters can order and send to the kitchen, and nothing else. A full comp of an item, or a void of anything already sent to the kitchen, needs a manager PIN and a reason, and every void is kept in a log that cannot be edited or deleted.

What happens when a guest has a bad meal?

Bhookly tells the owner within minutes. A feedback QR on the receipt ties the rating to the order, the server and the day. A low rating sends a WhatsApp alert and lands in a recovery inbox, where one action sends an apology with a comeback coupon.

Does the expo see which station is holding up a table?

Yes. Bhookly's expo view regroups every ticket by station and shows progress such as "2/3 ready". Tickets run green, amber, red, then flashing against a target prep time, so a late course is visible from across the kitchen.
