What the score is made of
24 checks in four parts, adding up to 100. Every check looks at something a customer can see for themselves.

- How you look and where you rank when someone searches nearby. Includes: appears in nearby searches, enough google reviews, strong google rating, google profile links to your own website.

- Whether a customer can order from you without a marketplace in between. Includes: clear order button, customers can order from you directly, links lead to your own ordering.

- Social and WhatsApp
- Whether customers can reach the channels they already use. Includes: whatsapp link, instagram linked, facebook linked.

What does the grader check?
It runs 24 checks in four parts: your Google presence, your website, whether customers can order from you directly, and your social and WhatsApp links. Each part is listed on this page with what it is worth.
Where does the information come from?
From public sources only: your Google Business Profile, Google's own speed test, Google search results near your restaurant, and your website as any visitor would see it on a phone. We do not log in to anything and we do not need access to your accounts.
How is the score worked out?
Every check has a weight. A part's score is the weight you earned divided by the weight we could evaluate, scaled to that part's maximum. If something could not be checked, for example because your site blocked the scan, it is left out rather than counted against you.
Does it matter who built my website or which ordering system I use?
No. The checks look at what a customer experiences: whether the site loads, reads well on a phone, shows a menu and lets them order. Nothing in the score depends on the company behind your site.
How is the estimate of lost sales calculated?
It is an estimate, not a measurement. It multiplies the monthly sales you tell us by the share of sales that starts with an online search, and by the gap between your score and 100. You can change the share in the report and see the figure move.
Why do you ask for my WhatsApp number?
The score is free to see. The full list of findings is sent to the person responsible for the restaurant, so we confirm a WhatsApp number with a one-time code. We use it to send your report and to offer help with the fixes.
