Data Processing Addendum

This Data Processing Addendum describes how Bhookly processes personal data on behalf of restaurants ('customers') who use the platform. It forms part of our agreement with you.

Roles

For the customer data you manage inside Bhookly — such as your own customers' details — you are the data controller and Bhookly acts as the data processor, processing that data only to provide the service.

Processing instructions

We process customer data only on your documented instructions and as needed to provide and support the service. We do not use your customers' data for our own marketing.

Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption, access controls and backups, to protect the data we process on your behalf.

Sub-processors

We use a limited number of trusted infrastructure providers to deliver the service. We remain responsible for their compliance with this addendum.

Data export and deletion

You can export your data at any time. On termination, we will delete or return your data in line with our retention obligations and your instructions.
