These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Bhookly's website and services. By using Bhookly, you agree to these terms.

Use of the service

Bhookly provides restaurant management software including point of sale, kitchen display, inventory, reporting and related products. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly with no long-term contract. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. There is no setup fee.

Availability

We work hard to keep Bhookly available and reliable, including offline resilience for core features. The service is provided on an 'as is' basis without warranties beyond those required by law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new effective date.
