What is Manager PIN?

A manager PIN is a personal code a manager types to approve a sensitive action, such as a void or a refund, on a device a cashier is logged in to. It records who approved, not only who asked.

In Bhookly, voids, full comps, refunds, reopening a closed day, stock write-offs and waste entries all need a manager's PIN, and no two managers can share one. The void log flags any void that was approved by the same person who made it.
