A Kitchen Display System (KDS) is a screen in the kitchen that displays incoming orders the instant they're placed, replacing or complementing paper kitchen tickets. Orders are colour-coded by status and timed, so nothing is forgotten.

A KDS reduces lost tickets, speeds up service, and lets a kitchen route different items — like grill, tandoor and cold — to the right station.
