What is All-day count?
An all-day count is the total quantity of one item still to be made across every open ticket, as in "six wings all day". It lets a cook work in batches without reading each ticket.
Bhookly's kitchen display has one panel that totals every unmade item across all tickets, for example "6 wings working". Grill and fry cooks load the right quantity once and tick items off as they go.
