What is Catering deposit?

A catering deposit is the advance a customer pays to confirm an event booking, with the balance due on or after the event. It has to be tracked apart from daily sales, or it distorts the day's cash-up.

Bhookly's catering bookings record deposits, payments and refunds, show the balance due, and print an invoice and a receipt as PDFs.
