What is Purchase order (PO)?

A purchase order (PO) is a written order from a restaurant to a supplier, listing the items, quantities and agreed prices. It is what a delivery is checked against.

In Bhookly, a purchase order is created, approved, sent by WhatsApp or printed slip, and received. A storekeeper's order waits for the owner's approval. "Everything arrived" is one button, a short delivery needs a reason, and receiving updates stock, cost and the supplier's bill in one step.
