Do customers need to download an app to join the loyalty programme?
No, Bhookly's loyalty programme needs no app. The stamp card is saved to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, which are already on the guest's phone.
How does a guest join?
A guest joins Bhookly loyalty by scanning a QR at the counter and entering a name and phone number. The card is issued straight away, and the sign-up page works on poor Wi-Fi.
Can staff give stamps to friends?
No, Bhookly has no "add stamp" button for staff to press. A stamp is awarded only when a bill is paid, a refund takes it back, and goodwill stamps need a manager's PIN, a reason and are capped at five.
What if the cashier forgets to ask for the guest's loyalty card?
The guest can still claim the stamp, because every Bhookly receipt prints a loyalty QR and code. Scanning it later adds the stamp and, for a new guest, creates their card.
Can a loyalty reward be combined with a promo code or discount?
No, Bhookly allows one discount per bill. A loyalty reward, a promo code, a bank card deal and a manual discount cannot be stacked.
Can I give stamps per item instead of per visit?
Yes, a Bhookly stamp card can earn per bill or per item. Per item is how a "buy 10 coffees" card works, and both can carry a minimum spend.
Does loyalty work at the table, or only at the counter?
Bhookly loyalty works at the table as well as the counter. A waiter scans the guest's wallet card with the tablet camera, and any staff phone can open a scan page to attach a card to a bill.
How do I bring loyalty members in on a quiet day?
