How does a guest join?
A guest joins Bhookly loyalty by scanning a QR at the counter and entering a name and phone number. The card is issued straight away, and the sign-up page works on poor Wi-Fi.
Can staff give stamps to friends?
No, Bhookly has no "add stamp" button for staff to press. A stamp is awarded only when a bill is paid, a refund takes it back, and goodwill stamps need a manager's PIN, a reason and are capped at five.
What if the cashier forgets to ask for the guest's loyalty card?
