What is Cover (covers count)?

A cover is one guest served. The covers count, how many people you served in a service or a day, is a core measure of volume, and with sales it gives the average spend per head.

Bhookly records the guests on each table and shows guest numbers on the live dashboard. The tables and parties report gives the busiest tables, sales per guest and party sizes, and the staff report shows guests served per waiter.
