What is Delivery zone?

A delivery zone is a defined area a restaurant delivers to, usually with its own delivery fee, minimum order and estimated time. Zones stop orders from addresses too far to serve.

In Bhookly, the owner draws zones on a map and gives each its own charge, minimum order, delivery time and rider payout. On the ordering website the customer picks an area or drops a pin and sees the fee and time before building a basket. Accepted orders move across a dispatch board with lanes for New, In kitchen, Ready, Out for delivery and To settle.
